After 5 miserable days, our TM UNIFI Internet, HYPP TV and [yet to be checked] VOIP phone service has just been reconnected after 2pm today, the 8th of October, 2017!
As Malaysia’s largest monopolizing TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICE PROVIDER, you guys really need to wake the Hell Up!
We are PAYING CUSTOMERS!!! WE ARE NOT GETTING FREE INTERNET, CALLS OR CABLE TV!!!
TM UNIFI really needs to separate our Phone lines, Cable Television and Broadband Internet!!!
I am totally disgusted with the very poor service you guys have been ‘providing’ to our residential account ever since we signed up with you.
IF, and that’s a very eagerly anticipated IF, there is another telecommunications service provider who are willing to provide us better services, I’d have no problems in switching over to them.
The problem is that over here in Malaysia, most telcos are more around crooks of the same feather or as in your case, fibre optics bla bla bla!
Your actual services compared to your advertising propaganda (above) are miles and miles apart.
Please, I’m being very courteous here, get your services to be as what you guys broadcast.
Failing that, please do let the other telecommunication service companies offer better services to us Malaysians which you guys and gals obviously seem not to be able to provide consistently.
People like me depend on internet connections to earn my living. You robbed me of 5 days of such work resources. I am not asking for free service.
JUST DON’T FORGET TO DEDUCT FROM OUR OCTOBER BILL THE 5 DAYS OF NO SERVICE!!!
