Syed Abdullah Syed Hussein Al-Attas, 46 @ Blogger Uncleseekers has been arrested by a special CID team from the Nusajaya District Police HQ, State of Johor at the Senawang Toll together with his female companion, Siti Nadhirah Mohd Zain aged 26 at about 9.45pm last night.
Syed Abdullah is the son of well known political writer Syed Hussein Al-Attas and has been writing a series of 64 articles to date concerning the fugitive lawyer Kamal Hisham who has gone overseas and that which concerns HRH the Sultan of Johor, Sultan Ibrahim Ismail ibni Almarhum Sultan Mahmud Iskandar and also HRH the Crown Prince Tunku Ismail Idris ibni Sultan Ibrahim Ismail.

Both Syed Abdullah and his unnamed female companion have been arrested for libeling HRH Sultan Ibrahim Ismail and HRH Crown Prince Tunku Ismail Idris in those 64 blog articles and charged under Section 8 (1) (d) Official Secrets Act 1972 following a police report lodged by 30 individuals against Syed Abdullah Syed Hussein Al-Attas @ Blogger Uncleseekers on the 1st of July, 2012!
I had been following this series of articles by Blogger Uncleseekers all these while and was sort of surprised to see the kind of information and material being published by him for those documents are clearly not the type that one would have access to easily.
Uncleseekers himself has been taunting the authorities for dragging their feet in investigating him for daring to expose all such information for the whole wide world to see!
So, it comes not as a surprise for me to learn of this arrest. If this case gets mentioned in court then I am sure that the Malaysian press will have quite a field day or weeks reporting about it!
But then again, when it concerns the Malay Royalty, I don’t think that the public will have access to such a trial? Maybe it would be mentioned in the Special Courts we once heard about that was set up after the 4th Malaysian Prime Minister (now) Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad through the Malaysian Parliament removed the Malay Sultan’s immunity from legal action back then.
Anyway, its all up to the nation’s Justice System to deal with this case. Let’s see what is going to take place after this?
Will the lawyer Kamal Hisham Jaafar be forced to return home to Malaysia and face the music as well?
Going to be a pretty interesting period from now on here in Mamluk al Malaisie!

I had been wanting to know what had actually transpired in 1993 involving the various criminal assaults upon Malaysian civilians and also policemen by the Johor Royalty back then?
Our 4th and most illustrious Malaysian Prime Minister (now Tun) Dato Seri Dr.Mahathir Mohamad received 130 out of 180 support from Members of Parliament in tabling the Bill which led to the amendments made to Articles 32, 38, 42, 63, 72 and 181 and effectively removed the Malay Rulers legal immunity from any action to be taken against them if they contravened any of our country’s laws!
The Opposition MP’s chose to abstain from voting citing indifference’s! So much for the flip floppers who often turn our Parliament into a circus but do not have it in them to really make a difference to our country when they really should have supported Dr.Mahathir for daring to defang the Malay Rulers when one of their own crossed the lines!
All smoke and no fire types, huh?
The next day, Dewan Negara had passed a unanimous resolution to approve the said amendments and history was made!

A major turning point in our country’s history! Something that ought to read and remembered by each and every Malaysian citizen including the Malay Royalty and their heirs to the respective thrones of this country’s Constitutional Monarchy!

Setakat seorang ADUN cadang tu tak akan ke mana jika KETUA2 AGAMA ISLAM didalam negara kita sendiri tak melaksanakan amanah yang dipertanggungjawabkan keatas mereka!
Sepatutnya mereka lah yang menjadi ahli agama sebenar dan menitahkan supaya Perlembagaan Malaysia dipinda untuk mendaulatkan hukum hakam Allah di bumi Tanah Melayu ini!
Namun bila tidak ada kecenderungan dikalangan Raja2 Melayu sendiri untuk melaksanakan Syariah Allah secara sempurna dijajahan takluk negeri masing masing, maka tinggal cadangan sahaja lah usul tersebut!
Tak kira samada UMNO atau PAS yang mencadangkan pelaksanaan sistem Syariah Islam didalam Malaysia, selagi mereka yang benar2 berkuasa tidak ada semangat yang sama, perkara itu tak akan terjadi sampai bila2.
