I strongly advise those of you who are thinking of signing up for the Digi PA Insurance policy to decide as to whether you really, really want to end up frustrated like hell if you ever decide to cancel your policy like me?
I have been at my wits end in trying to get the policy cancelled despite sending sms after sms following their instructions sent from the number 2000!
Its utterly useless and even by calling their service center directly, I still got the run around and being served by incompetent service personnel who don’t know heck how to solve my problem?
Its like the proverbial fish trap. Once you are in, you can’t get out!!!
So, learn from my misfortune and stay alert from getting into the same situation.
I have no choice but to go to their ‘Digi Service Center’ in person.
…and I seriously do not hold any high hopes of getting this settled once and for all.
