What is the PDRM or Home Ministry waiting for?
To see the ummah lose their patience and take the matter into their own hands?
Does the Police or Home Ministry need to wait for someone to lodge a report before you arrest this fella and charge him for blasphemy against the Islamic faith or have you no powers of preemptive arrest to prevent social unrest as a result of such derogatory attacks and insults against Islam???

The rights of the Prophet and the devotion, respect, esteem and honour that are owed to him are made clear in the Book and the Sunna and the consensus of the community. In His Book, Allah has made it haram to harm him. The community agrees that anyone among the Muslims who disparages him or curses him is to be killed.
Allah says, “Those who harm Allah and His Messenger, Allah has cursed them in this world and the Next World. He has prepared a humiliating punishment for them,” (33:57) and “Those who harm the Messenger of Allah have a painful punishment,” (9:61) and “It is not for you to hurt the Messenger of Allah and you should not ever marry his wives after him. That is something terrible with Allah.” (33:53)

Verily, those who annoy Allah and His Messenger (SAW) Allah has cursed them in this world, and in the Hereafter, and has prepared for them a humiliating torment.

O you who believe! Enter not the Prophet’s houses, except when leave is given to you for a meal, (and then) not (so early as) to wait for its preparation. But when you are invited, enter, and when you have taken your meal, disperse, without sitting for a talk. Verily, such (behaviour) annoys the Prophet, and he is shy of (asking) you (to go), but Allah is not shy of (telling you) the truth. And when you ask (his wives) for anything you want, ask them from behind a screen, that is purer for your hearts and for their hearts. And it is not (right) for you that you should annoy Allah’s Messenger, nor that you should ever marry his wives after him (his death). Verily! With Allah that shall be an enormity.
Each and every Muslim who is capable must take action against this Benjamin Stephen. Go lodge a police report against him. Let’s see what the PDRM and Home Minister are going to do about him?

It is sad indeed..he is ignorant..little knowledge is dangerous..2 kali 5..i have attended many relligious gatherings..and many do this by belittling other belief with false insulting stories..they do it in the privacy of their believers..only when they do it public does it become an issue..we can only refute them with our clarification..God works mysteriously..He will solve it..just keep on doing theb good work and dont waste time on these trival matters…
What might seem trivial to you sir is a gross act of blasphemy in my book. As a Muslim, I don't condone any such blasphemy against my Prophet, faith or fellow Muslims.
I will go all out to see that justice is done and this person is dealt with accordingly by law.
Malaysians must not resort to such insults because it will bring about retaliation by those of us Muslims who feel offended by this attack against us.
I don't care about those who do not take their faith seriously or of those who have no faith.
Benjamin Stephen will be dealt with soon.

Assalamukaikum. Saya telah melihat videoclip ini pada bulan puasa lalu melalui FB. Memang panas darah juga mendengar penghinaan Benjamin laknatullah ini.
Saya tidak hairan mengapa pihak berkuasa seperti JAKIM dan PDRM tidak mengambil apa-apa tindakan, kerana ianya tidak menyentuh hal berkaitan politik semasa. Sekiranya Benjamin Laknatullah itu ahli parti DAP,PKR atau mana-mana parti pembangkang dan ceramahnya itu menyentuh UMNO atau BN, sudah pasti pihak berkuasa akan bertindak walaupun hanya berdasarkan khabar-khabar angin. Wallahualam.

Kekadang saya juga berfikir sama spt cikgu. Hairan akan kelembapan pihak berkuasa bertindak terhadap penghina Nabi dan Al Islam serta umat Islam seperti Benjamin ini?
Kes kes remeh temeh seperti satira Hassan Skodeng bukan main cepat mereka bertindak tetapi penghina seperti Benjamin Stephen ini dan Namewee tak ada pula mereka nak ambil tindakan segera?
Rasa menyirap darah apabila melihat video si benjamin ni. buat rasa bersemangat nak berguru dengan Shah kirit kakukal govinji. dalam isu hassan skodeng dengan namawee, ada orang buat laporan. tapi dalam isu ini rasanya tiada lagi yang buat laporan polis.
isu dalam laman ini dah dikeluarkan dalam utusan, harap ada ngo islam yang tampil buat laporan (jangan asyik kutuk je tapi tak buat apa). apa -apa pun tahniah diucapkan pada mahaguru kerana berani membuat ulasan dalam laman ni sampai keluar dalam utusan, tuan memamang berani. Harap2, polis akan ambil tindakan segera kepada simurtad itu bawah Akta Hasutan – menggalakan kebencian antara kaum (different agama) melalui hasutan (ceramah). Saya pun masih tertunggu tunggu budak mental celaru -Namewee dibuang negara . Dia ini memang terang terangan anti melayu tapi tak mengaku konon. Meluat baca statement bodoh dia dlm akhbar.

Kalau menurut fahaman saya manusia murtad begini lah yang menurut islam dihalalkan darahnya[dibunuh].
Bukan sahaja dia murtad malah yang menghalalkan darahnya ialah sikapnya memburukan dan menghina hina agama dan rasulnya.
Persepsi yang sering disalah tafsirkan oleh mereka yang tidak percaya tentang pemurtad dan salah faham umat terhadap Islam.

saya betul2 tersinggung dgn setiap patah perkataan yang dikeluarkan benjamin ni……baca al-fatihah pun tak habis, siap dengan penghinaan yang begitu esktrim…video ni dah bertahun dah, tapi pemimpin kita seperti yang sedia maklum lambat bertindak…entah apa yang mereka takutkan agaknya….
this guy has been spewing venom against Islam (his ex-religion) since 2007…no action from the government from then until now. There is a reply for his allegation on the you-tube by a former priest turned ustaz.
As someone commented here, even it is a crap/half past six stories from PAS/DAP/PKR will be balloonned off so the the police will spring into action. Why? because there is no political winning point into this problem. The govermnet would take action only if they find it politically profitable. Majority of the people has seen this before..and watching this BN government to give them the boot in the next election!
As for this arman perkasa guy…he has a selective amnesia…may allah help him.
the police is only good in questioning ppl whom they think questioning malay (read not ISLAM) right…as if Article 153 of the Constitution includes bumiputra discount for luxury residential property?

Petaling Jaya Utara MP Tony Pua spent 90 minutes at the Shah Alam police station today to answer allegations that he had questioned Malay rights at an economic forum two months ago.
Salam mamu, clip video ini telah berada di you tube sekian lama, malahan, terdapat beberapa siri clip yang sama daripada paderi yang sama sebenarnya. Dalam isu ini, saya selalu bertanya pada diri sendiri:
1. Mengapakah kerajaan/pihak berkuasa, apabila berhadapan dengan isu melibatkan orang melayu/agama Islam (dihina/pukul/dianiaya/dibunuh) mengambil masa terlalu lama untuk bertindak.
2. Mengapakah pemimpin2 Islamik (PUM, majlis mufti,agamawan) tidak bersuara?
3. Di manakah suara/gesaan/desakan parti politik yang mendokong agenda Islam tatkala agama sendiri diperlekeh?
Sebagai rakyat biasa yang tidak punya apa2 kuasa, saya berasa terlalu tersayat dengan rentetan peristiwa demi peristiwa yang menhina bangsa melayu malaysia yang hampir seluruhnya beragama Islam. Penghinaan kepada bangsa melayu secara tidak langsungnya menghina agama Islam. Apatah lagi menghina secara langsung agama rasmi negara kita.
Apakah kerajaan/pihak berkuasa mahu rakyat sendiri bangkit menangani isu-isu sebegini?
