Statutory Declaration of Dr.Mohd Osman Abd.Hamid on the alleged Sodomy Victim Saiful Al Juburi.

Just as I had suspected all along, the case involving the alleged sodomy of one Mohd Saiful Azlan Bukhari or as I wish to identify him as Saiful Al Juburi the UMNO financed political gigolo, has been proven to be nothing more than a malicious and vile, filthy political conspiracy of the highest order of the scumbags masquerading as the leaders and political rulers of this ill fated country!

Today, has surfaced the medical report and statutory declaration of the medical doctor @ Dr.Mohd Osman Abdul Hamid of Hospital Pusrawi, who was the medical doctor who examined the arsehole of the said political gigolo, Mohd Saiful Azlan Bukhari @ Saiful Al Juburi when the latter went to have his posterior examined medically complaining of having been sodomized so many times by the de facto leader of the Parti Keadilan Rakyat, the much maligned and vilified Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

These medical report and statutory declaration of Dr.Mohd Osman Abdul Hamid who has since left the country with his family fearing for his safety and that of his loved ones from the evil machinations of those who didn’t think twice of murdering and blasting to bits, the Mongolian Interpreter Altantuyaa Shaariibuu after she demanded for her commission to be paid for her role in securing the purchase of the submarines from France in a deal brokered by the Special Advisor to the Defense Minister cum Malaysian Deputy Prime Minister, Abdul Razak Baginda who is now facing charges of having had her killed by ordering two Malaysian Police Force Special Unit operatives, who travel to and fro the courts incognito, as they please.

Today, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has been ordered to be present at the Sessions Court at 10.00am in the Jalan Duta Courts Complex, Kuala Lumpur to face charges of having sodomized the political gigolo who remains protected and feted by the Malaysian Police Force whom we all know act as the errand boys and girls of the Malaysian Prime Minister’s Department.

No amount of public and international outrage will deter the ones who do not have an iota of decency in their ruthless persecution of the one man who remains a proverbial thorn in their political backsides.

Money is no problem to these crooks and criminals in power masquerading as the purveyors of Islamic Renaissance under their purported lofty ideals of an innovative new concept of reinterpreting Islam as they damn well please!

It’s called Islam Hadhari and in this new concept, it is okay to belittle the Syariah of Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala as being outdated and backward.

Yes, ladies and gentlemen, brothers and sisters,

In this newfangled ultra modern interpretation of Islam as they please, it is okay to prostitute oneself to meet one’s needs and it’s okay to commit crime as long as you really have to?

I tell you folks, if we are to remain as mere spectators to this downright dirty and malicious political conspiracy, our country’s future as a true democratic nation will be seriously jeopardised!

I see many bloggers pass on links to sign petitions after petitions purportedly to ask the Yang DiPertuan Agong do something to help save this country from the evil machinations of the BN!

Let me ask you a simple question?

When the hell ever has any Malay Sultan or Agong dared to do anything out of the ordinary?

All these 51 years, the Malay Sultans have been silent and apathetic towards the gross injustice that has been perpetrated upon us by the UMNO Prime Ministers and their asskissing coterie of Cabinet Meanisters!

Only lately have we seen a slight change of attitude by the Sultans of Perak, Selangor and Terengganu.

But that’s all that Their Majesties are willing to do!

Just not giving their consent to the choice of Menteri Besar’s recommended by the current Malaysian Prime Minister.

In actual reality, the Malay Sultans are being held to ransom by the Prime Minister’s Department where if Their Majesties fail to give consent to whatever directives are issued from the PM’s Department within a stipulated time frame, the PM’s Department can override the Sultan’s or the Agong’s office and proceed with whatever he plans?

Just take a look at the way all these are worded out here :

Although the Constitution (Article 39) accords the Yang di-Pertuan Agong with executive authority, subject to the provisions of any federal law and of the Second Schedule of the Constitution, Parliament may by law confer executive functions on other persons.

Except as otherwise provided for by the Constitution as regards his position and authority, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong usually acts in accordance with the advice of the Cabinet or more specifically, of the Prime Minister, in the exercise of his functions.

However, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong is entitled to and at his request, any information concerning the government of the Federation which is available to the Cabinet.

Although the Yang di-Pertuan Agong is to act on the advice of the Cabinet or of a Minister or after consultation with or on the recommendation of any person or body of persons (other than the Cabinet), His Majesty may act in his discretion in the performance of the three following functions, that is to say:

• The appointment of a Prime Minister;
• Consent or the withholding of consent to a request for the dissolution of Parliament;
• The requisition of a meeting of the Conference of Rulers concerned solely with the privileges, position, honor and dignity of Their Royal Highnesses, and any actions at such a meeting.

The appointment of a person (a member of Parliament) as the Prime Minister is based on his ability to command the confidence of the majority of the members of the House of Representatives.

The appointment of members of the Cabinet and Deputy Ministers is made on the advice of the Prime Minister.

Articles 39 and 40 of the Federal Constitution state that:

“39. Executive Authority of Federation

The executive authority of the Federation shall be vested in the Yang di-Pertuan Agong and exercisable subject to the provision of any federal law and of the Second Schedule, by him or by the Cabinet or any Minister authorized by the Cabinet, but Parliament may by law confer executive functions on other persons.”

“40. Yang di-Pertuan Agong to act on advice

(1) In the exercise of his functions under this Constitution, or under federal law the Yang di-Pertuan Agong shall act in accordance with the advice of the Cabinet or of a Minister acting under the general authority of the Cabinet, except as otherwise provided by this Constitution; but shall be entitled, at his request, to any information concerning the government which is available to the Cabinet.

(1A) In the exercise of his functions under this Constitution or federal law, where the Yang di-Pertuan Agong is to act in accordance with advice, on advice, or after considering advice, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong shall accept and act in accordance with that advice.

(2) The Yang di-Pertuan Agong may act in his discretion in the performance of the following functions, that is to say:

(a) the appointment of a Prime Minister;

(b) the withholding of consent to a request for the dissolution of Parliament;

(c) the requisition of a meeting of the Conference of Rulers concerned solely with the privileges, position, honour and dignity of Their Royal Highnesses, and any action at such a meeting, and in any other case mentioned in this Constitution.

(3) Federal law may make provision for requiring the Yang di-Pertuan Agong to act after consultation with or on the recommendation of any person or a body of persons other then the Cabinet to exercise any of his functions other than:

(a) functions exercisable in his discretion; and

(b) functions with respect to the exercise of which provision is made in any other Article.”

So, ladies and gentlemen, fellow Malaysians,

This is the reason why I do not see the point of signing any such petitions to a Ruler who is politically straightjacketed as well?

The Agong is reduced to being just a symbol that there exists semblances of a feudal monarchy here in this nation but the real ruler above all is the one we have calling all the shots from the Prime Minister’s Office at Putrajaya.

As long as whoever is warming the seat there as the Prime Minister of this country does not submit to the Syariah of Allah, Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala and the Sunnah of the Blessed Prophet Muhammad Sallalahu Alaihi Wassallam as he pretends to swear by the Holy Al Qur’an Al Kareem when taking office, this nation is doomed and screwed worse than this alleged sodomy victim @ Saiful Al Juburi!!!

As it is , the one getting politically sodomized today happens to be Anwar Ibrahim.

No one can save him now save for Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala!!!

We, the rakyat face the juggernauts in the form of the red helmeted fully armed to the teeth FRU who act upon orders of the Executive!

It’s a dark day for Malaysia.
