The Truth must be told no matter what so Justice can live!

Malaysian Muslim Bloggers ought to speak up for Islam.

Bismillahirrahmannirrahim. In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.

Lately, I have come to notice a growing number of Malaysian Muslims starting to blog.

This is a very good sign of more people coming to recognize the beneficial platform of sharing information through the online blogging platform and cut through the usual red tape in the spreading of knowledge and information to the online community, which today tends to rely more on the cyber media instead of being forced to just read what’s on print or watch the broadcast media channels whether they are the public or private tv and radio stations?

Whilst I applaud the burgeoning numbers of Malaysian Muslims who have started to blog, I still lament the dearth of those Malaysian Muslim bloggers who have it in them to speak up for the faith of Islam and wish to see more capable writers from the fold of Islam help dispel and clear the online attacks against Islam and the Muslim Ummah by those Non Muslim bloggers who almost always seem fixated in making attacks and spew misinformation or ridicule Islam through their blogs and websites.

Why is it so difficult for Malaysia’s Muslims to write good concise articles about Islam or rebut those enemies of Islam who are hellbent on dissing the faith or making fun of Muslims day in day out?

I don’t have to pinpoint to you who these online vermin are for by their writings and blog contents you can easily figure them out and know exactly as to where or what these lowlifes stand for?

Malaysian Muslim Bloggers must understand that today they have before them a wonderful platform for carrying out the trust that Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala has given them in the form of online Dakwah al Islamiyah.

Just claiming to be a Muslim without making serious dedicated efforts to own up or live up to the faith of Islam is something that Muslim Bloggers ought to take concrete steps to rectify?

To be a Muslim in the true sense of the word is to take full possession of one’s Iman and Aqeedah.

Full ownership comes only when a Muslim has made Islam an integral part of his or herself and when being a blogger takes it upon him or herself to help clear any misconceptions or misinformation about Islam that is being perpetrated by those who have an open or hidden agenda against the true faith of Islam.

We have with us the Holy Al Qur’an Al Kareem and the Hadiths of Rasul Sallalahu Alaihi Wassallam.

Our role as Muslim Bloggers here ought not be wasted on idle writings that have no benefits to either the Muslim Ummah or to our readers from the other beliefs or faiths?

Instead of making direct attacks against any one Non Islamic belief or faith, it would serve us better to write about the truth in Islam and help to share with our readers as to what Islam entails and teaches?

Every Muslim blogger especially those who are living here in Malaysia must never stop learning and acquire as much knowledge and information about Islam and help one another in sharing the faith with our readers.

No one can claim to know everything for the oceans of knowledge that is in Islam can never be fathomed in one’s own limited lifetime.

That however should not stop us from learning and learning about our faith of Ad Deenul Islam for as the Holy Prophet Muhammad Sallalahu Alaihi Wassallam enjoined us to ‘Seek knowledge from the cradle to the grave!’.

The only way for us to digest and infuse Islam into ourselves is to develop the level of Islamic understanding to such a level that one comes to realize the truth of Islam as Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala commands us to and live by its principles and tenets as best as we can within our own individual capabilities.

I am not asking you O Muslim Blogger to be offensive towards the enemies of Islam by counter offensives against their sick and depraved forms of writings but rather to use proper decorum but firm and crystal clear sharing of the real deal about our glorious faith?

I would like to share with you what James Freeman Clarke had to share about Faith?

All the strength and force of man
comes from his faith in things unseen.
He who believes is strong;
he who doubts is weak.
Strong convictions
precede great actions.

To cap it up, let me just ask that you who are a Muslim Blogger here in Malaysia do your part in speaking up for Islam and our fellow Muslims and do yourself justice by fulfilling your role in this nation by inviting to the truth and do your bit in dispelling falsehood.

May Almighty Allah bless and guide us all in our remaining life here on Earth.
