Masjid Jamek KL’s proposed Islamic Centre needs your help

Bismillahirrahmannirrahim. Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi ta’ala wabarakatuh.

Dear Muslimins and Muslimats.

I am inviting all of you who have the means and can afford to spare some of your Razq to help us who are on our way to set up a fully functional Islamic Centre in Kl’s most historical Masjid Jamek Bandaraya, to contribute as many copies of the Holy Al-Quran’s and it’s Translations that you can spare to us for distribution to the visitors and tourists coming
to the Masjid Jamek Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur.

We also need guidebooks, booklets, risalah’s, brochures, audio visual multimedia materials for use in the centre.

Insya Allah, with this initial help, I will be able to get the centre established by December next month earliest and pending the clearance by the Masjid Jamek Bandaraya’s Administration Committee within the next one or two weeks.

This help by you will go a long way in establishing this Islamic Centre which will be a fitting addition to our beloved sanctuary of Islam which is a magnet to hundreds of thousands of Non Muslim tourists and visitors who have been and still are visiting our masjid
here!

All these while, these visitors have just been left to visit and walk around the masjid, take photos and then leave without being attended to and given some information or helped to understand our Ad Deen ul Haqq, Islam, the birthright of all Mankind!

I plan to stop such a situation by establishing this much needed Islamic Centre for all.

Insya Allah, with your help and the Masjid Jamek Bandaraya Administration Committee’s blessing and the support of Tuan Haji Hishamudin Ubaidulla,
the Chairman of Yayasan Ubaidi Trust and Foundation, I will do my best to see this Islamic Centre come into being!

After I am no longer alive here on Earth, I pray that the many volunteers who have emailed me wanting to be with us in this centre will continue this centre’s operations till Yaum al Qiyamat,
