Tawheed Ar -Ruboobeeyah – Explained Part 2

It’s explained in an authentic hadith related by Mu’az bin Jabal radhiallahu anhu that Rasulullah Sallalahu Alaihi Wassallam asked him ” Do you know O Mu’az as to the Rights of Allah upon His servants?”

Mu’az (RA) replied ‘Only Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala and His Prophet would be more aware of that!’

Rasulullah Sallalahu Alaihi Wassallam then said ” The Rights of Allah upon His servants are that they (servants of Allah – that means us – Mankind) worship only Him and they do not associate (commit Shirik) God @ Almighty Allah with any other thing!

Asked Rasulullah Sallalahu Alaihi Wassalam further ” Do you know about the Rights of His Servants (Mankind) upon Almighty Allah when they worship only Him and do not commit Shirik ?”

Replied Mu’az (Radhiallahu anhu-May Allah be pleased with him) ‘ Allah and His Prophet know more about that!’

Replied Rasulullah Sallalahu Alaihi Wassallam ” Their Rights upon Almighty Allah are that God will not torture them with the Hellfire!”

Based upon this Hadith and many others as well as many verses in the Holy Qur’an, it is confirmed unanimously by the Ulamaks @ Scholars of the ‘Ilm of Qalam @ ‘Ilm of Tawheed thatBelief of Tawheed Ruboobeeyah on its own is insufficient and is of no value if it is not attached to the ‘Ilm of Tawheed Uluhiyyah.

Only by the Worship by Mankind towards their Absolute Lord the Eternal One, is Allah most pleased with them. Almighty Allah is pleased to accept the repentance and seeking of Forgiveness from His Servants when they are sincere in doing so and seek Salvation from Him!

If Mankind are to be in the good Grace of God, hoping to receive safety and happiness in their mortal lifes here on Earth and in the Akhirat @ Hereafter, Mankind must increase their worship of Him.

Mankind needs to be more proactive in carrying out their religious obligations towards Allah. Mankind needs to glorify Him more, recite their prayers to Ar Rahman more, express their gratitude to God more and more on a continuous basis , Mankind needs to glorify God and exalt Him above all other things on Earth and in the Heavens above!

God consciousness needs to prevail above all other things that we do and we need to place our hopes and vanquish our fears with the knowledge that we are at all times being monitored by God Almighty and that our prayers, our murmurs in our hearts and souls are being heard by Him, for each and every heartbeat, every second of our existence here on Earth by Him!

Do know that there is nothing on Earth that can bring peace to our hearts, calmness to our souls, tranquility in our being, ease away our sorrows and eliminate our pain in our souls except by the Mercy and Grace of Almighty Allah!

No matter how great is the torment in our souls, no matter how troubled we are in our hearts, no matter how distressed our emotions and our mental faculties are saddled and burdened with our earthly troubles and miseries due to personal, professional and emotional issues, when we place our hopes, our prayers and our yearnings of our souls on only Our God Most Merciful, Insya Allah, He will lighten us from our burdens.

He will take away our stress, our tensions, our burdens by answering our prayers. Sometimes we get our prayers answered there and then for which we become eternally grateful.

Sometimes we escape from situations and circumstances which we were destined for by miraculous happenings and when we reflect back on it, we’d say ‘Wow! I survived that! Glory be to God for saving me , etcetera!’

Only when we place our hopes and our fears unto Him, will we attain peace in our hearts and minds.

When we stray away from God, our hearts, our lifes, our minds get distressed. No matter how much money we may have in our hands, in our pockets and in our banks, there’s nothing worth living for as much as being in the Grace of God, being in Submission to His Will!

Only then will we be able to appreciate, to cherish and to savor what we have with us and not mess up our lifes with unnecessary worries and troubles.

Keep to our religious obligations and seek knowledge as to how to perform them according to the Sunnah of the Prophet Sallalahu Alaihi Wassallam and in accordance to the Holy Qur’an, Almighty Allah’s Complete Guidance to Us, Mankind, as to how to live our lifes.

With that , I end this part of my series on Tawheed Ruboobeeyah and Tawheed Uluhiyyah in this posting. I will share more when time permits. right now, have to rush off to a briefing.
